               Broccoli Balls

1 large onion, finely chopped  
8 oz. Stuffing Mix
20 oz. bag of frozen broccoli, chopped  
1/2 cup Parmesan Reggiano cheese
6 eggs                      
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2   tsp. red pepper    
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3/4 c. melted butter

Cook and drain broccoli. Mix all ingredients
and refrigerate several hours. Roll into balls
and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
 


           Beef Stroganoff

1 lb. beef tenderloin, sliced into thin strips
2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
4 beef bullion cubes dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. dry white wine             
1 c. sour cream                       
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 oz. Worcestershire sauce     
1 large onion, chopped
1 oz. A-1 steak sauce
1 oz. Heinz 57 sauce
1 bag egg noodles, cooked and drained.  

Sauté beef in butter and minced garlic until done. Add mushrooms, onions, bullion, wine, sour cream, steak sauces, and simmer on low heat about 20 minutes. Pour beef mixture over hot noodles and serve PRONTO! You can use ground round in place of beef tenderloin. Brown and drain well.



            Orange
/ Banana Smoothie


Pour 2 cups orange juice into a blender over 1 cup crushed ice. Add 2 -3 medium bananas & 1 tablespoon honey. Blend on high for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
  

  


           Mango Lemonade                                       

1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 whole Mango peeled & chopped
Place in Blender & puree
In a large pitcher stir together mango-lemon mixture with
¼ cup granulated organic sugar
¼ cup granulated lemonade mix
½ gallon ice cold water
1 carton mango nectar
Stir until blended & serve over Ice
